The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in Scienaptic's growth by leading the development and execution of strategies to build and sustain a robust network of high- impact partnerships and channel sales. This role is critical to accelerating revenue growth, expanding our product reach, and creating a dynamic ecosystem of strategic partners that enhances Scienaptic’s value to clients and reach in the market. You’ll work across the organization to enable our product roadmap, advance integration opportunities, and establish a presence at key industry events, positioning Scienaptic as the partner of choice in AI-driven credit decisioning.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Build a comprehensive partnership strategyaligned with market trends and company goals, identifying synergies with partners that support Scienaptic’s product and client roadmap.
Measure and Optimize Partnership Performance: Establish clear roadmap to deliver kpis (New logo CARR, incremental revenue)
Negotiate and Manage Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, andoversee all aspects of partner relationships, including partner-sales enablement, engagement plans and communication channels, to ensure sustained mutual value.
Promote Value-Adding Platform Integrations: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless partner platform integrations that meet existing product requirements and scale with new product innovations.
Optimize Event Sponsorship Opportunities: Right-size partners- sponsorship tiers and sponsorship opportunities, securing high-value panel/speaking slots and organizing joint/hosted webinars to maximize partner engagement. Partner with Marketing, Product,
Customer Success and Sales to ensure each event has a sound pre- and post-event strategy to generate optimal results.
Represent Scienaptic at Key Industry Events:serve as a company ambassador at conferences, industry events, and client meetings to support sales and marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and fostering new connections.
Skills & Competencies
Proven Partnership Leadership: 7+ years of experience building and managing partnership strategies and programs within saas/Cloud environments, specifically for credit decisioning or related financial technology products.
Industry Expertise and Network: A well-established network of industry contacts and a strong track record of building relationships with key stakeholders in financial services,banking, or fintech.
Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and closing complex deals, with a keen ability to identify and maximize mutual value.
Strategic Vision and Market Insight: Ability to think strategically with a deep understanding of market trends and emerging opportunities in credit decisioning and financial technology.
High Initiative and Self-Sufficiency: Able to thrive with minimal guidance, proactively identifying and addressing challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Outstanding Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating Scienaptic’s value proposition and inspiring confidence in both internal and external stakeholders.
