A motivated relationship manager, the VP, Strategic Clients will be responsible for delivering significant measurable business impact for our clients, leveraging client delight to sell additional credit solutions
Responsibilities
➢Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their objectives from the program and learning about additional challenges and opportunities that Scienaptic can help address.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and responsiveness.
oIdentify and expand relationships beyond the primary point of contact to ensure access to budget decision makers.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to inform clients’ forward-looking vision based on industry best practices and the client’s unique context
➢Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on a deep understanding of client needs and our product offerings.
Work closely with Scienaptic’s product and marketing teams to develop and enhance our portfolio of solutions to meet specific client needs.
Set and deliver ambitious cross-sell targets, with Net Revenue Retention exceeding 110%
➢Client Go-Lives:
Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation, data science, and support, to ensure seamless client go-lives in a timely fashion.
Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase.
Educate your clients on the platform/strategy, steering them to become self-sufficient within 3-6 months of go-live
➢Client Retention:
Monitor client success metrics, proactively addressing potential and emerging concerns, and providing or requesting additional support when necessary.
Maintain high/perfect NPS for your client group with zero voluntary attrition.
Skills & Competencies
➢7+ years of professional experience of working with or at Credit Unions, ideally in a credit or sales role. In addition, we are looking for the following experience:
Lending/Underwriting experience.
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and/or other lending software.
Familiarity with US consumer lending compliance/regulations.
➢Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
➢Proven track record of demonstrating effective and empathetic client/stakeholder
management
➢Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; you will need to:
oUnderstand client objectives and assist them in articulating their needs clearly and actionably to Scienaptic’s internal teams and to others within their organization
Understand how our capabilities can address the client’s needs today and over time, and persuade the client of the merits of our solutions
Work within Scienaptic to help prioritize and develop broader products & solutions that will impact and assist the most clients
➢Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
➢Available for 30% travel for client meetings and industry events.
