Chief Growth Officer

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will report directly to the CEO and will be the seniormost role responsible for generating new business for Scienaptic AI. This role will provide a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth story of rapidly scaling, AI/ML based technology startup.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by achieving new logo CARR target
Execute effectively on the current GTM strategy,continually upgrade GTM strategy based on evidence of additional market segments, pricing and other levers to maximize Scienaptic AI long term growth prospects
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives; focus on continuously improving talent density of sales team
Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility to help generate leads.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends,and customer needs
Build partnership ecosystem to grow Scienaptic AI brand and to increase sales efficiency
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure effective conversion of leads into clients
Skills & Competencies
Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the fintech industry.
Strong knowledge of consumer financial services and lending.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Extensive personal rolodex of relationships across financial institutions (esp credit unions) will be very helpful.
30-50 % travel will be required to be effective in this important leadership role.
